Since reopening after our shutdown mandated to help stop the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made numerous changes to our office to ensure that our patients remain safe while receiving quality care. Upon entering the office, you will notice many of these changes, while others are less visible. One of these steps is answering a series of screening questions, either through an electronic form sent to you a few days before your appointment, and/or once you have entered the office at the time of your appointment.
